  I felt a need to Share a bad experience at this Postal Annex. On Sat 1/13 I dropped off 3 Medium USPS boxes to be shipped to 3 locations. I purchased postage and label for 1 of the boxes , and left All 3 with the desk clerk. The other 2 packages were pre-labeled with Ebay ship stickers and ready to go out. Those 2 boxes have been lost, USPS says they were never received, Postal Annex, says "I know nothing" and is of zero help. I've lost money, as I forgot to ask for a receipt, and they don't offer any help at all. Be careful, ask for a receipt.
