  I have been going to Elaine for hair cut for the last couple of years. l am very satisfy with her service. She is artistic and detail in cutting. As a result, my thick and course hair has become manageable and stylish. I always receive good comments about my hair style and couple of my coworkers have asked me for her number. She also has done a great job in dying my hair because the colored hair blended very well with my natural hair. Considering the quality and service I receive, I think her price is very reasonable in Los Altos.
